About Dr. Richard E. Roth

Dr. Richard E. Roth is a specialist in Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery.  He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery

Dr. Roth completed his residency training in Ophthalmology and then served a distinguished fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He completed both his residency and subspecialty training at the prestigious New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, the oldest subspecialty hospital in the western hemisphere. 

Dr. Roth served as an US Army Flight Surgeon prior to his residency training. He frequently lecturers and has written chapters for education text books.  Dr. Roth is a member of the Volunteer Health Program providing medical missionary work in his subspecialty of Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery care for the Institute for Latin American Concern (ILAC) in Santiago, Dominican Republic.

Dr. Roth specializes in all areas of reconstructive and cosmetic eyelid and facial surgery as well as tear duct surgery and orbital surgery. He uses the most advanced laser and endoscopic techniques available
